Terms of Use – Global Taxi Fare Calculator

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Global Taxi Fare Calculator ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Global Taxi Fare Calculator is a taxi fare estimation tool that calculates approximate fares based on GPS data, distance, time, and official local tariff rates for supported cities and countries. Fare estimates are for informational purposes only and may differ from actual charges.

3. Subscription

Full access to the App requires an auto-renewable annual subscription.

• Subscription title: Global Taxi Fare Calculator – Annual Access

• Length: 1 year (auto-renewing)

• Free trial: 7 days

• Price: As displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings.

• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

4. Accuracy of Fare Estimates

The App provides estimates based on publicly available tariff data. Actual fares may vary due to traffic, route changes, driver decisions, surcharges, or changes in local regulations. The developer is not responsible for discrepancies between estimated and actual fares.

5. Location Data

The App uses your device's GPS location to calculate fares. Location data is processed on-device and is not stored on external servers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in the App are the property of the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

4. דיוק הערכות התעריף

האפליקציה מספקת הערכות על בסיס נתוני תעריפים זמינים לציבור. התעריף בפועל עשוי להשתנות בשל פקקים, שינויי מסלול, החלטות הנהג, תוספות תשלום או שינויים בתקנות מקומיות. המפתח אינו אחראי לפערים בין ההערכה לחיוב בפועל.

5. נתוני מיקום

האפליקציה משתמשת ב-GPS של המכשיר לחישוב התעריף. נתוני המיקום מעובדים במכשיר בלבד ואינם נשמרים בשרתים חיצוניים. לפרטים נוספים, ראה את מדיניות הפרטיות שלנו.

6. שימוש אסור

אין לבצע הנדסה לאחור, לשנות, להפיץ או להשתמש באפליקציה לכל מטרה בלתי חוקית.

7. קניין רוחני

כל התוכן, העיצוב והקוד באפליקציה הם רכושו של המפתח ומוגנים על ידי דיני קניין רוחני החלים.

8. הגבלת אחריות

האפליקציה מסופקת "כפי שהיא" ללא אחריות מכל סוג. המפתח אינו מתחייב לפעולה רציפה ונטולת שגיאות.

9. הגבלת חבות

במידה המרבית המותרת על פי חוק, המפתח לא יהיה אחראי לכל נזק עקיף, מקרי או תוצאתי הנובע מהשימוש באפליקציה.

10. שינויים בתנאים

אנו עשויים לעדכן תנאים אלה מעת לעת. המשך השימוש באפליקציה לאחר שינויים מהווה הסכמה לתנאים החדשים.
